Project Overview :
- This proposal outlines a lead generation campaign for Cars 24, targeting car owners through outbound calls. Your call center will leverage a team of dedicated agents to connect with potential sellers and convert their interest into qualified leads.

Project Objective : The primary objective of this project is to generate a high volume of outbound leads for Cars 24. We aim to connect with car owners who are interested in selling their vehicles and convert their interest into confirmed leads
Target Audience
The target audience for this campaign will be car owners in India, identified through a specific data set provided by Cars 24. This data set may include factors like car age, mileage, and location.
Call Centere Services
Your call center will provide the following services for this campaign:
● Outbound Calling: A dedicated team of agents will make outbound calls to the provided data set.
● Lead Qualification: Agents will engage with car owners, assess their selling intent, and gather relevant details about their vehicles.
● Lead Conversion: Upon confirmation of selling interest, agents will convert the interaction into a qualified lead for Cars 24.
Resources and Training
● Training: We will provide comprehensive training to your agents on Cars 24’s selling process, product knowledge, and effective communication skills for outbound lead generation.
● Infrastructure: All resources required to run the campaign, including workstations, softwares, and telephony equipment, will be provided by our call center at a cost.
Payment Structure
- Pay Per Lead: You will receive a fixed payout for each qualified lead generated and confirmed by Cars 24 alongwith a fixed payout per seat. OR
● Fixed payout per seat : A fixed pay starting from Rs 40,000/seat/month to upto Rs 1.2 lakhs/seat/month (against conversions/business expectations) OR
● Commission on every car sold: A fixed commission starting from 1.74% to upto 4% of the car value sold.
● Payment Schedule: Payments will be made on a monthly basis, directly deposited into the call center’s bank account.
Project Timeline
● Proposal Acceptance: Upon acceptance of this proposal by Cars 24, we will initiate the recruitment process for agents.
● Training & Development: A comprehensive training program will be conducted for the selected agents.
● Campaign Launch: The outbound calling campaign will be deployed immediately following the completion of agent training.

Center On Boarding Process:
We follow a simple onboarding process for new call centers. Usually, a new call center gets started within 3-5 days. The steps involved in onboarding are as follows:
1. Signing the letter of Intent
2. Signing the contract
3. Scheduling training
4. Training
5. Assessment of the team
6. Going Live.
We will review and analyze information received through the contact center qualification form in response to this Request for Information (RFI) to determine the feasibility of choosing the right Contact Center for these products/services. Any request for cost information received will be used solely to gain a perspective of the potential budgetary magnitude. Responses to this request will be reviewed for informational purposes only and will not result in the award of a contract. Contact Centers submitting a response to this RFI are not prohibited from responding to any related subsequent solicitation. We will respond about selection/rejection of the Contact Center within 10 business days upon receiving this Request for Information (RFI).
Business Drive holds full rights to allocate the project to call centers only after completing background checks and necessary inspections. It also holds the rights to NOT allow any contact centre to proceed with the project if the compliance is not met.
